PROFILE
Ambitious, competent high school junior with strong customer service skills, seeking an entry
level position as a dental assistant. My objective is to obtain a position at a dental clinical site to
help provide quality patient care of the highest standards while I completed my dental education
at the Chesterfield Career and Technical Center in 2020. I volunteer coaching for Recreational
basketball and football for O.B.Gates Elementary school. I plan on having my own dental site
and also do coaching as a side thing.
QUALIFICATIONS
Dental Assistant Skills: Take alginate and polyvinyl impressions, pour-up impressions,
administer fluoride varnish treatments, prepare sealants and bleaching trays, take radiographs,
mount upper and lower models on a bite simulator, trim models, take wax bites, mix cements,
assist in administering amalgam and composite fillings, sterilize and disinfect instruments,
set-up instrument trays, execute coronal polish, Computer qualification for front desk ect.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet
Explorer; Knowledge of Google Suite including Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms, Programming,
Formatting
Workplace Skills: Effective communication skills, proven leadership skills, time-management
skills, dynamic problem solving and decision making skills, compelling teamwork skills, ability to
get along well work together and get work done
