Focusing on Cloud Networking, Artificial Intelligence (AI), &Machine Learning (ML).
Graduate Goals (2027)
Pursue part/full-time employment and ODU’s MS in Cybersecurity with a Concentration in AI.
Spring 2026 Course Load (*subject to change):
- MATH 211: PreCalculus I (prerequisite for AI/ML courses at ODU; taken at VCCS)
- CYSE 420: Applied ML in Cybersecurity
- CS 462: Cybersecurity Fundamentals
- AZ-900 & CySA+ (if time permits)
Summer 2026 Course Load (*subject to change):
- MATH 212: Calculus I (prerequisite for AI/ML courses at ODU; taken at VCCS)
- Two of the following: IDS 300W: Interdisciplinary Theory and Concepts; CYSE 301: Cybersecurity Techniques & Operations; CYSE 368: Cybersecurity Internship*
- AI-900 and PenTest+ (if time permits)
Fall 2026 Course Load (ODU changes to 8-week acceleration sessions):
First Session
- MATH 316: Calculus II (prerequisite for AI/ML courses at ODU; taken at VCCS)
