Whether it be from school work, housing for next semester, work, friends, or life in general&#8230; it&#8217;s safe to say that almost everyone has a point in their life where they feel overwhelmed.<\/p>\n<p>You may be struggling with finding the perfect routine or coping mechanism to help feel less overwhelmed, but can&#8217;t seem to find the perfect fit for your current situation.<\/p>\n<p>Listed below are a couple of ways you can de-stress and realign your focus before we dive into finals for the last leg of the semester.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Put the phone down &amp; Close the screen!<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>It may seem like your cell-phone is the answer to any stressful situation but surprisingly your cell-phone can cause more stress.
