Test anxiety brings indicators\nthat often interfere with test performance and cause significant distress.\nThese symptoms include increased heart rate, digestive problems ,jittery\nfeelings, sweating, shaking, and shallow breathing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are countless ways you can decrease test anxiety\nbefore your next exam. Making a study plan, getting adequate rest, and finding\nhealthy ways to cope with stress can all be accommodating in reducing test\nanxiety. But to find long-term reprieve for test anxiety, you need to deal with\nthe source of the anxiety itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Test anxiety is a type of fear. Test anxiety disturbs many\npeople of all ages and acumen, and its indicators are ingrained in your\nbiological \u201cfight or flight\u201d response. For whatever reason, your mind likely observes\nan upcoming exam as a hazard and then recruits a cascade of hormones that\nprepare the body for quick act in the face of this threat. When you think about\nan vital test, what are you afraid of? The obvious answer being afraid of\nfailing or accomplishment badly is often just the surface level fear. Why does\nyour unconscious mind perceive the test as a risk worthy of your fear?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We must prepare ourselves to battle testing anxiety, so we\ndon\u2019t find ourselves victimizing our results.
