It is hard to go from a regimented routine and in-person classes, to now staying up all hours of the night and living through our devices. If you\u2019re struggling with this too, here are some tips that can help:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Use your school planner, or a calendar, to keep track of assignments. Having a way to cross off the days of the week can also be helpful if days start to blur together.<\/li><li>Maintain a morning routine! Whatever routine you had when things were normal can be continued now.<\/li><li>Make \u201cTo Do\u201d lists. These can be a list for the week, or daily, and are useful to keep yourself from getting overwhelmed with tasks to complete.<\/li><li>Plan an activity to do with your family, or remotely with friends, on a specific day of the week. It can be a TV show, movie night, or a game night; just something to look forward to and help you stay positive.<\/li><li>Limit your social media use, limit your social media use, limit your so-&#8230;&#8230;..you get the point. This is the most important tip of all because social media can be a major distraction right now.
