Psyc 304: J. Muth eP: Blog 4 Fall 2020

As I looked over my exam and reviewed the answers that were incorrect, I see that I second-guessed myself and changed my responses to quite a few of the questions. I have to be honest and state that due to medical issues that were discovered at the beginning of the semester, it has personally affected my schoolwork for this class. I guess I have been feeling defeated and feeling down on myself. I had to find a way to organize my life, so I will be able to persevere and have some sense of normalcy.

Extrinsic forces were causing me to lose focus, however, my internal personal schemas, such as being a fighter and looking at the bright side have caused me to improve emotionally and move forward. I will be studying as much as I can, completing my assignments, and I have arranged my schedule so I can participate during discussions. Life is like a puzzle, just when you think you have it all put together, then something comes along and shatters the puzzle and you have to pick up the pieces to start over.
