Find Me A Meme!

I ended up looking at cell biology memes for an hour because they were so amusing. I chose this meme because I found it to be really funny and accurate. Especially when it came to tests in class that have diagrams. They always seemed to be impossible to read because they were so grainy and dark. I also thought it was funny that the creator named the different parts of the cell different items. Mostly foods. The golgi apparatus is labeled as a “cabbage”, the lysosomes as “limes” and the ribosomes as “pepper”. My favorite part is the fact that the mitochondria is the only accurate labeling of the whole cell. It is labeled as “mitochondria is the power house of the cell”. Second for me was the labels entitled “strands of hair” for the cytoskeleton and “fishball membrane” for the nucleus.
