Major: Criminal Justice

Criminal Justice is a large field with sub-fields under it. One can study and work as Law Enforcement, Rehabilitation, Criminologist, Correctional, Social Worker, Researcher, Lawyer, etc. This major taught individuals every aspect of the criminal justice field such as law, psychology, sociology, public administration, and more. I want to study this field because I want to make a difference and protect my family. I desire to help those in need, protect the greater good, and serve the people above all else.

Minor: Chinese

I first started to study Chinese due to personal interest, but later I started to understand the growing importance of China in the world scene. Combining with my Criminal Justice background, I believed the two elements, CRJS and Chinese, can go together really well and help me open many doors of career opportunities.
