Ran all day to day operations.  Hired employees and ensured compliance with all pre-hiring training and certifications.  Developed and implemented curriculum.  Maintained and complied with all state and federal tax laws.  Worked with local business groups to network and advertise. 

2012 – 2015 Community Director

March of Dimes, Richmond Chapter

Networked within the Northern Shenandoah Valley to fundraise and educate the public on current health trends to prevent preterm birth.  Planned and organized multiple fundraising events.  Worked with local hospital systems to equip their NICU with needed items and information for parents.
