This is a picture of my friend and I at the library, from my class during freshman year.

To begin, I have a lot of ways to satisfy autonomy academically. A few ways I satisfy this need is by making the choice and decisions to study and go to the library for my learning experience. Also, me moving on campus from my moms’ house is an example of autonomy. Next, I satisfy competence academically by being able to focus on a task for a long time and solving mathematical problems. Lastly,  I satisfy relatedness academically with making close relationships with my teachers or students in my class.
