Why are you interested in cybersecurity technology?

I’m interested in cybersecurity technology is due to the fast-growing pace of technology. Today technology has changed drastically, as mostly everything is computerized/ done online. Moreover, as a nurse, student and someone that uses social media/ technology on a daily basis I would love to learn how I can protect not only my patients but my family and myself from data breaches and cyber-attacks. I have a few family members that have experienced identity theft, so I would love to know how I can protect them from future occurrences. Also, as of lately I´ve been thinking about looking into data informatics or something in I.T as I am a mother/wife and the flexibility that technology has will be ideal for my situation as I could work from home and be able to spend time with my children as they get older.
