I believe myself to be the type of student that is very hardworking and dedicated, because I will stop at nothing to ensure that I succeed in anything that I do, especially my school work. I am a perfectionist, so I am very hard on myself when my work is not perfect or close to being perfect. I would say that my current level of confidence as a college student is pretty high, because I know that I can succeed in anything that I set my mind to and I will do whatever is necessary to ensure that my work is done correctly as well as to the very best of my ability. Some factors that I can think of that could possibly increase my confidence levels would be to think calmly when a situation arises, as well as to not procrastinate and not be so hard on myself when trying to complete an assignment or take an exam. My self-efficacy results go hand-in-hand with my task accomplishments because I scored relatively high on the test, and comparing that to my academic performance lines up almost perfectly. I have been a straight A student while I have been a student here at Old Dominion University, and I feel that my test scores reflect that.
