Organizations can benefit from NIST framework for a number of reasons including: detecting, recovering, and identifying problems that may occur with the ease of using NIST. It would have more security in the work place by showing who is using what and who is able to have access to certain information.

As the CISO of a traded company, There are some things I would do to implement availability of the systems. I would have protection with passwords, design a safe system, provide training for the employees, use virus scanners, and put secure data in a different cloud or drive. Doing all this will give a password so that not everyone will be able to access private information, training employees will allow for stronger minds to act on protection, and securing information will limit knowledge about it. 

As far as I can see, deviance is basically an action outside of the norm. In my opinion, I feel that yes cyber technology can create that type of problem. Technology can be used for a lot of good, but with a lot of good, also come the bad. People can get black mailed a lot easier due to technology and a lot of information isn’t hidden like it use to be. The work place specifically can cause people to have deviant behavior because everyone will know the peers they work with that can cause information to spread. Technology makes this a lot easier and may even make individuals more tempted to act in such ways.
