A native of Virginia Beach, a junior at ODU in cybersecurity and a future officer of the Navy. Being in a day of age where everything is done online and being surrounded by computers for as long as I can remember is what originally peaked my interest in becoming a computer major and just looking at all the opportunities that would open up for me upon securing the degree and learning all that there is hidden behind the screen added to my decision. I started learning coding in high school and then took a few classes here at ODU to help better understand it. A career goal that I have is to work in government and having a Cybersecurity degree as well as naval experience would be major steps in achieving that goal.
