This LC Event was part of my Sociology class with Professor Lopez in which he talked about the Norfolk Zoo and gave us a virtual tour of the animals and places around it. While touring we made connections between the zoo and its surroundings to the Sociological Theories.

This was not an event but I went to one of my Professor’s Office Hour meetings for extra help in preparing for the Chemistry Final Exam.

The LC Event above was the Nursing Careers Panel in which professors from the School of Nursing at ODU talked about different areas in nursing like emergency, home health, and even anesthesia.

This Health Professions LC Event was Protecting Children: Issues and Careers for Health Professionals with Andrew Roszak. In this event, he discussed how parents and early childhood providers are educated to make sure children are safe and healthy in their environment.
