A lot of benefits can be brought in by using the framework to help your cyber security section in a company. A few ways that it can be beneficial is the ability to talk to stockholders that are already in the company or wanting to put their money in, about the cyber security risk in a more compensable way to people that don’t know very much. The way that I would use a framework would be to set up a baseline and goals. The way in my mind to best do that is to use the framework to tell us the company’s current cyber security state and from there set goals and track forward moving progress and fix any holes along the way that are found.
