My ePortfolio is a compilation of the work I have done throughout the spring 2018 semester here at Old Dominion University. My overall goal with this page was to get straight to the point and show what I’ve learned over the past semester. I decided to keep this page simple and user friendly. I accomplished this by using minimal tabs and limiting the amount of assignments I posted on there. Also I made my rubric simple so I decided to keep the page simple. With that being said, the title page while simple gets straight to the point. The first tab consists of an about me section. In this section I explain the overall purpose of the page. Then you have the second tab which is the completed papers section, which are the final drafts of each paper that I have completed. There are a total of three final drafts. Each final draft is in PDF format as well as MLA format. Overall I decided to exclude rough drafts from my ePortfolio page because it seemed like they would be irrelevant when compared to the final draft. I also decided to exclude any prewriting exercises because I felt it would take away from the overall look of the page. When creating my page I wanted it to reflect the essence of what had been learned in English 110c. The picture I chose on the title page I think does a great job of this. It is an old fashion pen laid down on a sheet of paper almost as if to imply someone just got through writing something. That is what I did this semester. I wrote a lot or rather typed and I wanted to make sure my ePortfolio page conveyed this. All in all I hope my audience will enjoy the simple format of this page and the works that are displayed on there.
