Amanee Caldwell:
Amanee’s major is in leadership, and she played her role in the group very well. She organized our group and got us into contact with each other through a messaging app so we could stay in contact with each other through the entire entrepreneurial project. She contributed a perfect amount to the project as well as communicating with everyone well. Her strength is in leadership, and she demonstrated the power of being a leader and helping organize and cheer the team on throughout the stressful process of developing a business. The only weakness I could see was just not having enough time (in the way of working on the project every single day), which is something we all struggled with. We all had other classes on our schedule that were also demanding and time-consuming. Overall, no real weaknesses were demonstrated, I just wish we all had more time to contribute to creating the best innovation. I would wish to have her again in a future group, as well as recommend her for any other future groups as she has learned from her major and demonstrates strong leadership qualities.
Nicolo Margioni:
Nicolo’s major is in cybersecurity, and he demonstrated a strong knowledge of cybersecurity. His strength is in his knowledge and background experience in cybersecurity and technology. Only weakness I saw was not having as much time as I would have liked all of us to have to create the best innovation. Overall, again this is not a dealbreaker and is fully understandable as we all had this issue of wishing we had more time to put towards this project. Out of all our classes, we all spent the most on this class. I just wish all of us collectively only had this one class to focus on to have the most amount of time for the project. He contributed more than a fair amount of time, energy, and knowledge towards our project. He communicated well with all of us and was always on every call we had with each other for the project. I would recommend him for future groups as he pulls his weight in group projects.
Josh Whetzel:
Josh’s major is in cybersecurity, and this was also his strength in the group. His knowledge and understanding of topics like app development were a great strength of his to add to the group. The only weakness was, again, wishing we all had more time to put into the project. He communicated very well with our group and never missed a call we had for furthering the project. He also contributed a great amount to our project. I would recommend him for future groups as he is an ideal group member and a good teammate.
Overall, I had a very good experience with my group and felt that everybody pulled their weight and was easy to work with. Group work makes me nervous because I am usually the one that does all the work. Bad grades give me anxiety, so even if my group does not work, I will do the work, just so I can keep my good grades up. However, this was the first group I have been in where everyone did the work, and all made efforts to communicate through the entire process. This group has changed my perspective on working within a group for the better. They were wonderful to work with and I would choose to have them as my team members for any future projects.
