Course Reflection

When this course started, I wanted to be able to execute a good lesson plan and incorporate everything I had in mind and my personality into the classroom. Now, that this course has finished I have definitely learned the lesson plan is made up of different components but most important are the objectives and goals that are set for each class. In the process of this semester and course I was able to work first as a substitute and have recently been promoted to exploratory Spanish . Working in this position I learned that there are all types of children with different types of learning styles and how they contribute to class. The weekly reflections from this course have definitely influence on how to approach each child individually, how to set rules in a classroom setting and most importantly how to execute a smooth lesson plan.
