Identifying components to a business
1. Other components of business are accounting and finance that are responsible for
money and budget, financial success of company; sales, marketing and customer
service that are responsible for interactions with customers, setting the price for
products, and selling it; the Human Resources (HR) that are responsible for
supporting employees and recruiting new individuals; leadership that plays an
important role in company’s success (the manager, the chief technology officer, the
chief operating officer, the executive officer); operations that handle starting from
supply chain to checking the quality; product development that create new ideas
for products in company; legal are reducing risks, checking agreements, and deal
with safety of intellectual property; and cybersecurity that ensure secure of
processes every day.
2. All components of business are interconnected and depend on each other. Success
of the company depends on how the components work together and help each
other. Leadership makes sure that the whole company runs smoothly, HR takes
care of all the employees, finance gives a salary, takes care of budgeting for all the
other processes.
3. IT plays a very important role in the company. It takes care of communication
between employees, safety of information and data, finances, and customer
services. Without IT, it would be almost impossible to control organization because
almost every company relies on technology today.
4. In my opinion, IT is very important for companies to run every day. It makes sure that
software, network, computers, servers, websites work properly and be available for
employees and customers. IT is responsible for providing technical support when
needed, keeping information safe, preventing cyber-attacks, and making work more
efficient for the company’s success.
5. In my opinion, IT should work closely with every company’s department to provide
support and communication because they depend on it. For efficiency, IT should
have a good communication with management too and support daily operations in
company.
