•Investigated and responded to potential security threats using Cyderes, focusing on detecting, investigating, and mitigating vulnerabilities across the company.
•Conducted vulnerability assessments using Qualys, applying patches through scripting and remote updates to secure over 100 company devices. Successfully remediated more than 500 vulnerabilities across these systems.
•Performed User Access Reviews (UARs) for Infor M3, gathering and organizing access data for over 2,000 users across 12,000 roles, and coordinating with over 300 managers to review and validate their employees’ access, ensuring compliance with security policies.
•Conducted security research using Splunk, gathering data for incident response and supporting investigations with actionable insights.
•Managed email security in Proofpoint, reviewing over 100 suspicious emails reported by employees through the KnowBe4 phishing alert system. Investigated and blocked or allowed specific email addresses.
•Created custom email filtering rules in Proofpoint to allow specific emails while ensuring restricted visibility for unauthorized users, balancing security and business needs.
•Provisioned user access in Infor M3, adding new users based on their titles and access requests in accordance with SOX compliance and assigning new roles to prevent excessive access.
•Terminated user accounts in Infor M3 as needed, maintaining security and compliance.
•Utilized Azure Active Directory to audit user activity and login history for potential security breaches.
•Managed Smartsheet Workapps, adding new users based on title and location, while designing workflows for improved team collaboration.
•Developed over 20 PDF forms for business continuity plans, ensuring readiness for system outages or downtime scenarios.
