Paralegal | Legal Professional

Following my military service, I built a career in the legal field. As a paralegal, I conduct legal research, draft and review documents, manage case files, and communicate professionally with clients and attorneys. This role has sharpened my critical thinking, attention to detail, and written communication skills.

Next Steps

After graduating from ODU with my Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies, I plan to pursue a paralegal certification at Tidewater Community College. While ODU does not offer a credited paralegal certification program, TCC does, and I am committed to combining my degree with that professional credential to strengthen my legal career and open new doors in the field.

My goal is to bring together everything I have built, military leadership, legal expertise, and the leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills developed at ODU, into a career that is both meaningful and impactful.
