After reading the mating article by Nathan DeWall titled, Sexual Conflict:: Uncovering the Mysteries of the Mating Background, I agree with the statement that sexual conflict arises when an individual’s interests clash with a potential mate’s sexual interests. The reason for this difference is that men and women are biologically unalike. While men tries to find numerous sexual partners, women tends to be more choosy of theirs. I believe that sexual conflict occur very frequently and it undoubtedly affects social interactions of individuals. Sexual conflicts can occur during the three stages of the mating process- prior to consummation, after a relationship has formed, and after a breakup. The sexual conflicts that happen during each process is inevitable and will continue to go on until both partners have lost touch with one another. The article was very informative, because I learned many excellent facts about sexual conflicts after reading it. This piece by DeWall describes instances where sexual conflicts are present and how the situation escalates.

A photo representing how a man angers a woman. Being ignored is one of the most ancient techniques utilized to express discontent against someone. Therefore, being ignored makes a woman feel very angry and insecure about herself. How women are treated by their sexual partner/s can greatly affect their relationship. Therefore,  if a woman is given the cold shoulder treatment, she will most likely not stay in that alliance.

A woman being indecisive can drive a man to become angry at them. If a woman does not know what she wants, then a man might become upset or impatient with her. This creates conflict, because the man and woman have differences in their interests that can lead to disagreements between them. It bothers men when women do not know what they want or change their minds often.
