We learned a lot about the Diversity of cultures, the diversity of languages, and the diversity of communicating with different cultures. We did projects and learned about new cultures. In this SPAN 311 class, we focused on globalization and the impact that the importance of diversity brings in daily life as well as in professional life. In conclusion, this class allowed us to understand and comprehend globalization’s impact through the diverse community, from multinational and national companies to developing lifestyles and everyday consumer habits. This helps me in my work area since, as a future engineer, it is necessary to have cultural knowledge and a diversity of people since we live in a country that has a variety of diversity, and this helps me in my future jobs to develop with a diversity of people for projects and business tasks, and acquire knowledge and wealth of each culture and its origin.

This course consisted of making several videos throughout the semester. Exams, quizzes, and homework were all done via video. All the videos I made were completed in Spanish, since SPAN 311 is for fluent Spanish.
