The objective of a couple of assigned homework was to practicing communication skills and paraphrasing events. Students were to summarize the events of Genki II Workbook listening comprehension exercises, and the reading of story scripts from two different perspectives based on a video comprehension assignment. In those scripts, the distinction between ～てあげる vs ～てくれる or ～てもらう applied to the actions in the story is decided by who's perspective the story was being told.  Below are my interpretation of the events.
