Figure 3.1b: Capability Slick Sheet – Page 2
Problem: The Nonlinear Systems Laboratory lacked a standardized format to present uncrewed aerial asset specs to researchers.
Action: Designed and typeset a standardized capability template in LaTeX to present performance metrics clearly.
Result: Reduced asset matching times, allowing researchers to pair robotic platforms to emerging research projects quickly.
Knowledge Base Articles, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Work Instructions (WIs)
Problem: Complex operational workflows required clear knowledge management to avoid miscommunications across teams.
Action: Authored internal knowledge base articles and procedural guides during my Northrop Grumman technical internships.
Result: Standardized internal operational steps, reduced onboarding delays, and provided continuous reference material.
Library of Virginia Public Digital Exhibit Architecture
Problem: Archival material regarding the 1971 Virginia Constitution needed to be made accessible for public educational audiences.
Action: Conducted archival research and authored text and timelines for a public digital humanities web exhibit.
Result: Successfully translated complex historical records into an engaging, widely accessible digital platform.
