First we have the \u201cPhysiological\u201d need, which in my case would be having my phone and laptop with me. Second, I have my \u201csafety\u201d needs, such as virus protection , vpn\u2019s, and secure networks. These two are my basic needs that if I don\u2019t have them, I may get anxious. Social media covers the \u201cBelongingness and love\u201d needs by giving connections through followers and posts. \u201cEsteem\u201d needs to fall under the same umbrella with social media. Esteem is judged off positive and negative feedback from social media. Lastly, the \u201cself-actualization\u201d need would be relevant to me in the aspect of me wanting to keep learning and growing online.
