Week 3 Journal Entry:

PrivacyRights.org is a website that publicly lists information about data breaches. This website can be very useful for researchers in the cybersecurity field because of all the different information that can be taken from it. There are different filters on the homepage that dictate the date, location, and type of data breach by type or by organization. For instance, if a researcher wanted to research the attacks done in Virginia in the last year they can search by state and then date within the last year. They also list breaches with the most amount of records impacted which shows what records may have been leaked in a specific data breach.
