Connection between music and relationships:
Although the article (given) on how music and relationships are connected discusses how they go hand in hand, I personally have not had this experience. No one around me has a similar taste in music to me, not even my boyfriend. I have a wide range of likes, I’ll listen to a little bit of everything, but my favorite is older R&B music. Whenever there’s an event, I never volunteer my playlist because everyone around has made it clear my music is “ terrible”. My boyfriend will go so far as to put his headphones on while we are in the car with the radio on because he just can’t handle listening to my music for too long, he says it ruins his mood. The same does not hold for ideals and values though, as most of the people around me have very similar ideals and values. My family and friends all have similar foundations and then everyone has their own personal opinions about things beyond that.
I chose this image because even though we all are different, my family and friends still hold the same foundations.
