In HMSV 440W, the goal for our final product was to be able to conduct an evaluation on an agency of our choosing to determine if the services provided could be changed to meet, or better meet, the needs of all stakeholders involved as well as to improve the surrounding community. Another part of this project was to elaborate on how and what could be implemented in the agency’s program(s) to better meet those needs. The agency that I chose to evaulate is the Crisis Text Line.
