 Task: Develop 2 Specific Questions that will be addressed by your evaluation.
 
 Writing Prompts (Key Concepts)
 Think about what interests you about the agency and what you would like to know more about. This will help to guide your thinking on developing an evaluation research question. Your question should be broad enough to be answered through evaluation. It should not be narrow or simply answered with a yes or no.
 Frame your evaluation questions. Post in blackboard under discussion for Task 2 Draft for your teammates to review and offer feedback. Mark your first post “draft”.
 Respond to at least two peers on how they could improve their evaluation research question.
 Once you have received feedback from a minimum of two peers, revise and submit your final evaluation research question under submissions tab marked task 2 final. The final question will receive feedback from the instructor and graded.

 Student incorporated peer review suggestions and made changes to the questions based on response.
 Student vaguely incorporated peer review feedback in making changes to evaluation plan.
 Student did not make changes to research questions.

 Students posted a well-developed and concise research questions that was clearly presented.
 Student needs minimal changes to the research questions in order to improve clarity.
 Student failed to post a final research question and/or the questions was vaguely presented and needs clarity.
