Review the NICE Workforce Framework. Are there certain areas that you would want to focus your career on? Explain which areas would appeal the most to you and which would appeal the least.

Based on the NICE Workforce Framework, my major in cybersecurity and minor in IT have been chosen with my career intentions in mind. Of particular appeal is the domain of Protection & Defense (PD), which includes incident response, vulnerability analysis, and defensive cybersecurity are very vital in responding to threats and ensuring the security of systems, in line with my interest in proactive roles. The Oversight & Governance (OG) domain interests me for its blend of strategic roles in cybersecurity policy and privacy compliance, aligning well with my IT background. In contrast, the Cyberspace Intelligence (CI) domain is less appealing due to its focus on research over hands-on work. The Design & Development (DD) domain, which includes software security assessment and secure software development, doesn’t match my preference for governance and defense.
