I am pursuing my major in nursing!
I chose nursing because I have grown up around nursing my entire life as my grandma was a nurse and I was raised by her a good portion of my childhood. I also was exposed to the hospital environment at an early age which influenced my interest in the medical field and the different paths available. While in that hospital environment, I watched so many nurses and aids touch the lives of everyone around me, including myself, and that has stuck with me through the years.
I am a certified medical assistant who has worked with both the elderly and with children; I also am a certified phlebotomist so that has aided me in my teachings about nursing and everything it entails.
