Hello! My name is Megan Gray, and I’m a student at Old Dominion University, graduating in December 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Leadership. In addition to my leadership studies, I am a developing digital writer who enjoys creating content that informs, supports, and inspires others. Much of my coursework has focused on female entrepreneurship—a topic that resonates with me and reflects my family’s long-standing spirit of innovation and business ownership.
Originally from Seattle, Washington, I moved to Virginia five years ago to pursue my goal of becoming an entrepreneur—a vision that continues to shape both my academic and professional path. Since relocating, I’ve built a rewarding career in the dental industry, where I support providers in enhancing revenue growth and improving patient experience. Through this work, I discovered a true passion for leadership, management, and fostering the professional development of those around me.
Outside of work and school, I enjoy hosting game nights with friends, spending time with my cousins, and staying active through my local adult kickball league. As I continue to grow as both a leader and a digital writer, I am open to collaborating with student organizations or professional entities that align with my interests and values. I look forward to using my education, experience, and creative skills to make a positive impact in future ventures.
