I believe that different patterns of social media use and its associated problems across the world can be attributed to various factors, including cultural norms, access to technology, socioeconomic status, and individual differences. Cultural attitudes towards technology, social interaction, and leisure activities can shape how individuals engage with social media and whether it becomes problematic. Factors such as peer influence, parental supervision, and the regulatory environment can also play a role in shaping social media behaviors. Having a score of 1/9 means that ultimately I’m not allowing social media to affect my overall mental health.
