My goal at Old Dominion University is to obtain a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. This degree will enable me to progress in my engineering job. Fluid mechanics enables me to comprehend the fundamentals of fluids in real-world applications and how I may utilize these applications to address challenges in my profession. Fluid Mechanics instructs me in the principles of resolving intricate problems and deconstructing them.

I am employed full-time in the aerospace sector while caring for a family of four children, all aged seven and under. The skills and patience I have acquired at home enable me to concentrate on my degree and improve my family’s quality of life. I possess the requisite skills for collaboration, having participated in numerous high-performance improvement teams in both my present and past positions. Another reason I am confident in my qualifications for this role is the expertise I have acquired through the Mechanical Engineering curriculum at Old Dominion University. I possess exceptional design talents acquired from my past drawing positions and my current employment.
