About Me
I am a Mechanical Engineering Technology student at Old Dominion University. Before my studies at ODU , I spent 20 years in the US Navy working as a Nuclear Systems operator and supervisor. With the skills acquired in the Navy and the knowledge learned at ODU, I hope to work as an engineer in the maritime systems engineering field. MET 350 Thermal Applications uses the basic theories of thermodynamics and applies them in real world scenario. Topics covered include refrigeration cycles as well as several engine cycles. This course will have a direct impact on my preparation for the Fundamental of Engineers exam.
