I would create policies for the company and correct training and consequences for employees. I would also create better authorization processes as you can’t have availability without authorization. Two-way factors, bio-metrics scans, and even hard keys would be a great protection to availability. These systems are designed to make sure availability is what it is. The two-way factor would guarantee that you are the person you say you are. Bio-metrics is a cooler approach as you could do a retina scan, facial recognition, or fingerprint, hand scan. Any of them would work and be a great blanket of security.
