Leaving your computer open and unlocked when you leave at any time, that creates an opening for anyone to have access to what’s on-screen. The best ways to avoid and protect your company from workplace deviance are honest, respect for your employees, trust, and proper training. With those and obviously security, you should limit the number of possible vulnerabilities that your workers could create.
