Cybersecurity Analyst

Cyber Analysts are the front line of cybersecurity, they are the ones that respond and react first. They are closely related to social cybersecurity as she talks about in the video. The analyst monitors networks and responds to smaller attacks on either the company or whoever it is you are working for. It is a great entry-level job into the cyber world to get your foot in the door but with that comes the duties of an entry-level job. Having to be on the front line as well as supporting and helping out people with cyber problems and filling out more paperwork for your bosses or even just for customers in need of help. Also having to understand the infrastructure of the network and how to properly fix or resolve any issues within the network. This relates closely to social behaviors of how you act or fix the network without being asked or told. Since you are on the front line you must respond first in a timely manner. The social aspect of the job is understanding what to do and when to do it. I believe this job is socially accepted as it follows all of the social understandings and platforms for social behaviors and social cybersecurity. In order to become an analyst you also have to get certified and have somewhat experience but with it being an entry-level job a lot of time you can get away with a lack of experience for the job. Overall, cybersecurity analyst is a great job that follows the social framework for cybersecurity.
