This assignment comes form my History and Appreciation of Art class ART101 taken at TCC. In this assignment I was tasked with visiting a museum either in person or online. Then pick 5 art pieces to examine and interpret. This skill highlights the soft skill of Cultural Awareness. It was important to understand the artists nationality to be capable of interpreting any symbolism present. The skill would prove valuable in a work place environment being able to understand other cultures, and especially important since a goal of my is to work overseas.
