Cyber technology has created opportunities for workplace deviance and the misuse of company resources. It made cyberloafing more common because on the widespread and convenient use of technology. Cyberloafing occurs when someone does non-work-related things during work hours. Another way workplace deviance can happen is through communications, like cyberbullying or data leaks. People can be deceptive, and their behavior can put a company's reputation and security at risk.
