Article 1 Review: Impact of Cybersecurity and AI’s Related Factors on Incident Reporting, Suspicious Behavior, and Employees Stress: Moderating Role of Cybersecurity Training.

Introduction

The article that I will be reviewing is the Impact of Cybersecurity and AI’s Related Factors on Incident Reporting, Suspicious Behavior, and Employees Stress: Moderating Role of Cybersecurity Training. It explores the influences from AI related factors and cybersecurity policies supports the reporting of suspicious behavior, security occurrences and the employee stress levels. I will use the findings from this article to understand how this research that was conducted help monitor security threat responses, manage the stress of workplace and how society interacts with technology.

Relation to Social Science Principles

When discussing the principles of social science and how they relate to a deeper understanding of human actions in the digital world, it allows use to analyze how cyber threats are mitigated and how cybersecurity and AI impacts employee stress and incident reporting. This article dives into how the employees responds to the various of cybersecurity procedures, and what type of reporting behaviors they possess. The social science principles help explore the many distinct aspects that contribute the stress of the employees, and how this could be slightly eliminated with proper trainings.

Research Questions or Hypothesis

In the article the study conducts many different analyses to identify the unique stressors. Some of the hypothesis that were examined included the following: Incident reporting suspicious behavior mediates the relationship between cyber security incident management and employee stress levels, Incident reporting suspicious behavior mediates the relationship between cyber security awareness and employee stress levels, cybersecurity training moderates the relationship between intention to use AI and incident reporting suspicious behavior, etc. These questions allow the researchers to address stress-related problems in the workforce.

Research Methods

In the study there were two types of methods use to research. A quantitative approach is used to measure the frequency of incidents that was reported and the stress levels of the employees. This was done by a survey and statistical examination. Another method used the qualitative which included hold focus groups and discussions to gather different opinions and experience from the employees.

Data and Analysis Conducted

The goal of the study conducted was to gather thorough and assessable data through surveys for accurate information to compose a reliable conclusion. The samples that were collected were drawn from different organization and jobs to get various inspections of many different workplace settings. This allowed for exploration of several factors in relation to the behaviors and awareness in cybersecurity.

PowerPoint Concepts Related This Article

Using the information derived from module #3, I am able to identify how these studies conducted help researchers contextualize information gather from different counter parts. In the PowerPoint it highlights the benefits of the different methods used to in research which relates to the article because researchers were able to gather data by simply running those surveys and analyzing the different variables.

Challenges, Concerns, and Contributions of marginalized groups:

The article explores the different experiences from many diverse groups and employees have in relation to the trainings and cybersecurity protocols. It highlights the diverse levels of knowledge different organizations may adopted. Those who contain little to no knowledge of cybersecurity measures and procedures showed higher stress levels and heightened AI-related concerns, while those who employees who were more informed where a bit more adoptive to AI technology.

Study’s Contribution to Society

I believe that this study will give more insight to organizations of have the implementation of trainings and security policies can help reduce stress among employees and encourage more incident reporting. It also permits for better understanding of safer environments and inclusive security policies. By conducting this study, researchers are able to emphasize the importance of cyber security strategies that ensure all employees included and protected from the many risks.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the study conducted in this article provides context to the connection of technology and the human actions. The research gathered explores how AI and cyber security processes influences employee’s willingness to report incidents and the stress they experience behind it. This could lead to a culture where the growing concerns among the employees are mitigated.
