This lab focused on subnetting, which was a bit tricky at first since it involves lots of binary math. I learned how to calculate network and broadcast addresses, first and last usable IPs, and the maximum number of hosts. It took some careful steps to get everything right, but practicing these calculations made me feel more confident about understanding IP networks.
