Gene editing can have a lot of ethical implications. The ability to manufacture genetic codes, to eradicate potentially harmful diseases and disorders, would only benefit the rich. Editing genes to create “designer babies” can be another way wealthy people can get and stay ahead. Eugenics is often brought up when going through the discourse surrounding CRISPR.  There are a lot of questions about whether or not this technology will be used to help or enhance.
