Self-Actualization: Self-Actualization relates to my experiences with technology because I often use technology as an extension of myself. It allows me to perform tasks at a rate I wouldn’t be able to do without it. As well if I was an amputee technology would allow me to potentially have use of a limb again.

Esteem: Technology gives me access to social media, where I can often post things for others to praise, which can raise my esteem. 

Love and Belonging: Texting my family through a technology like my phone is often my primary method of communication. Without this instant communication because of the distance between me and my family we would not get to chat as often. 

Safety Needs: My cell phone gives me quick and efficient access to 911, which keeps me safe.

Physiological Need: Technology helps keep my house warm. The heaters are integral to my shelter. Technology is in every part of my house and without it, while I may be able to survive, it would be a lot harder.
