Review Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and explain how each level relates to your experiences with technology. Give specific examples of how your digital experiences relate to each level of need.

A theory called Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs uses a hierarchy to define what people need. This theory proposes a pyramidal structure for human needs, with physiological needs at the base and safety, belonging, esteem, and self-actualization needs at the top. Here is how my use of technology connects to each level of need:

Physiological Needs: This category of needs is associated with fundamental requirements for food, water, and shelter. In terms of technology, having access to a dependable internet connection, a gadget like a computer or smartphone, and a constant power source are necessary for satiating our physical demands. It might be difficult to get access to fundamental services like online shopping, healthcare, and education without these resources.

Requirements for safety Physical safety is a requirement for safety.
