Hacking: It’s forbidden to access a network or computer belonging to another person without authorization. Included in this is unauthorized access to confidential data or files.

Fraud: Using a computer to conduct fraud is prohibited. This covers fraud practices like phishing and scams.

Possession, creation, or distribution of pornography involving children are all prohibited activities. Given the seriousness of the offense, substantial charges and punishments may be brought against the offender.
