Crimes of Human Organ Trafficking and Their Relation to Human Trafficking Crimes and<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Administrative Control in Saudi Law<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The topic I choose to discuss is cybercrime, which is expanding year after year and<\/p>\n\n\n\n
one of the hardest crimes to track and to convict individuals when they are caught<\/p>\n\n\n\n
committed these crimes. The fact of thinking someone is selling human organs on the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
internet is unheard of; however, the organ trade business is up and running on the internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One country I looked at is Saudi Arabia. As people move on to a better place in life, one would<\/p>\n\n\n\n
think that they would be buried with all their organs, but today the removal of<\/p>\n\n\n\n
kidneys, livers, and heart are high-price items on the internet and bring in millions of<\/p>\n\n\n\n
dollars every year to the seller. Although the country has strict laws to prevent the sale of<\/p>\n\n\n\n
one organization, people tend to find ways to exploit the law and to make money while hiding<\/p>\n\n\n\n
behind the internet as a way to hide their tracks to avoid being caught in the act. Trafficking <\/p>\n\n\n\n
organs are perhaps today\u2019s most pressing problem is considered in criminal, ethical, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n
humanitarian contexts. Beyond posing a direct threat to human life, it does harm to humans<\/p>\n\n\n\n
dignity and fundamental rights and raise a matter of grave concern both locally and<\/p>\n\n\n\n
internationally (Koegler et al., 2022). (Criminology, 2025). As the study explains, there’s a clear<\/p>\n\n\n\n
distinction between the lawful organ\u2019s donation versus the illicit commercial or coercive practice<\/p>\n\n\n\n
of organ trafficking, to achieve better control of the practice; it implements systems of reporting,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
which will give them better control over the use of people’s organs and prevent the illicit practice<\/p>\n\n\n\n
of cyber sales. As the Saudi government tries to punish those who do not obey the rule of law,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Criminals who go outside of this law will face a punishment of up to 15 years in prison or fines<\/p>\n\n\n\n
up to half a million riyals, which is equal to a little over $133,000 US dollars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Although there are other cybercrimes such as coercion, inducements, and threats<\/p>\n\n\n\n
to secure false testimony that can carry a lower fine, such as five years in imprisonment or two<\/p>\n\n\n\n
hundred thousand riyals and one obstacle to catching these criminals are the monetary gains from<\/p>\n\n\n\n
individuals who profit from these types of sales, people who shelter and conceal these criminals<\/p>\n\n\n\n
identities make it even more difficult for law enforcement to try to control this type of sale<\/p>\n\n\n\n
of human organs. In conclusion: the study recommends that administrative control functions as<\/p>\n\n\n\n
an effective preventive mechanism, with its A structured approach to licensing, monitoring, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Enforcement serves as a foundation for future institutional reforms and policy development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Practically, these recommendations support the creation of interagency strategies, the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
development of regulatory professionals\u2019 capacities, and targeted awareness campaigns aimed at<\/p>\n\n\n\n
protecting vulnerable populations. Conceptually, the Research advances understanding of legal<\/p>\n\n\n\n
science and health sector governance in the context of trafficking prevention. Moreover, it offers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
guidance for transnational enforcement studies and the regulation of online trafficking activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
through electronic surveillance, providing a framework for preventive measures and new models<\/p>\n\n\n\n
of international cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
