Speaking Notes- LIBS 608

One important, and often overlooked, duty of librarians is advocating for access to information.  For my speaking notes, the ethical dilemma proposed was that the principal of the school wanted to restrict nonfiction books to students in 2nd grade and above. Using the Library Bill of Rights and other research, I make points defending against the restriction of access to information.
